Starting in his native London, England as an academy youth player he transitioned from playing to coaching and eventually talent management after a career ending injury.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Science & Football Management and a UEFA B Coaching License to compliment previous roles at professional academies and elite agencies in London. He has brokered deals in the English Premier League, Major League Soccer and Scandinavian top flight to add to his work in media and entertainment.
Ross comes to us with a unique career history and experience that includes a 14 year playing career in addition to 10+ years working in corporate London. A true professional with integrity in every sense of the word he will bring invaluable knowledge and advise to our clients.

Carlos is an innovative and diverse coach and consultant that brings a wealth of experience from his playing days to working at academy level in the United Kingdom. As a leading expert in functional movement and player analysis, he prides himself on a holistic approach to both technical development and personal development. His ability to utilise technology and more importantly to translate the information into accessible coaching points has made him a much sought after asset that has consulted for professional athletes and world renowned brands. Always ahead of his time, he was one of the forefathers to the free-styling movement, developing marketing campaigns and instructing athletes including Yannick Bolasie, David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Jermain Defoe and Zinedine Zidane to name a few. He has also been the feature face of soccer commercials for Nike and Guinness in addition to being an anchor presenter for a live football debate show on cable TV.
Based in the UK, another one of his notable achievements was varsity head coach of The American School in London, where he lead the program to the Dallas Cup and their first European ISST title ending a 20 year wait. During his time with the school he also graduated 8 players to NCAA D1 schools, which is the highest number in the schools history by any coach.
With a stellar youth playing career that culminated in a FA Youth Cup final in 2012 and saw him excel at Sheffield United F.C. and Manchester United F.C., Reece Hands offers exceptional knowledge of the game that he is eager to pass on to aspiring players. As a standout youth he signed his first professional contract for then Premier League club Blackburn Rovers F.C. at 16 years old and went on to play in the Scottish Championship for Greenock Morton F.C.
A career highlight is his contribution in a 2013 Scottish Cup victory over a Celtic F.C. team that boasted Virgil Van Dijk, Teemu Pukki and Fraser Foster.
To further his experience, knowledge and education, he completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sports & Business administration in addition to relocating to the United States to take a position as head coach of Development Academy Club Cincinnati United.
His involvement at the highest level as well as holding a UEFA B coaching license makes Reece a consultant that offers invaluable advise and experience to players of all ages.
